We endeavour to supply your products as soon as possible. In most cases we will deliver within 7 working days of the order being placed.
If, for any reason, we cannot deliver within this time we will let you know as soon as possible and you can choose to either receive a full refund OR wait for the product(s) to be delivered.
Standard Delivery Charges - Larger items such as solar panels and wind turbines may incur a different charge, you will be made aware during checkout/when adding to your basket
UK deliveries £3.95. Some items will have free delivery, some items will have a unique delivery charge.

We will keep you up to date in relation to the progress of your order via our order update system, we can either keep you updated via email and/or you can log into your account and check your order progress.
We track our deliveries to your requested delivery location. Once the item has been delivered to the address requested then the item(s) is your property and responsibility.
We do not request nor can we enforce that the person purchasing is the person that signs or accepts the delivery. We are responsible for ensuring delivery to the requested delivery address only and not who accepts the delivery.
We can provide a Proof of Delivery (POD) if requested and regardless of who signs the POD our obligation to provide the product(s) is completed once the delivery to the requested location has been completed. We therefore suggest that if you are likely to be unavailable when the delivery arrives that you nominate someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf for your own benefit.
We like things to be as simple as possible so our returns policy follows the same principle
1. If the product develops a fault within 1 year or within the products own warranty period then please contact us and we will advise you what to do. In most cases we can replace the item at no cost to you or provide a full refund.
2. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the product within 14 working days following delivery then please email us first. We will then advise you what to do. We do ask that you return the product and all associated items in their original condition apart from being opened in order to access the product and accessories. You will need to pay for the cost of the return of the product(s) but you will receive a full refund of the product purchase price plus the delivery cost we charged you.
Contact us here and please state your name, order number, contact details and details of the product(s) to be returned and the reason for requesting a return.
Failure to return the product(s) will be deemed as a breach of contract by the paying customer.
We will credit your account within 7 working days from the time that we receive and ensure completeness of your returned product.
We reserve the right to amend our policy at any time and without notice. We adhere to the Distant Selling Regulations (DSR) as a minimum standard.
